Who we are
Emira Anglo-Saxon Nursery and Primary School is a lay private educational institution governed by the rules and regulations of SEDUC, MINEDUB, and the labor code of the Republic of Cameroon. We were created in August 2020 and opened our doors to the public on the 5th of October 2020. The school is made up of a nursery and primary section, and we have successfully prepared pupils for the Common Entrance and First School Leaving Certificates for two academic years from creation and made it 100% all in list A. Our institution is apolitical, and we are neither a public nor religious institution, so we take on a secular system of education. Our mission is to promote bilingualism through the teaching of English and French as the main languages of the institution and other national languages. We seek to transmit the Anglo-Saxon culture and education in morals and academics.

How we operate
At Emira Anglo-Saxon Nursery and Primary School, we aim to make the admission process as smooth and stress-free as possible for parents. We understand that every parent wants the best for their child, which is why we have carefully designed our activities and services to cater to the needs of each child.
We offer a flexible fee payment plan that is split into two instalments for both nursery and primary schools. Once you have completed the first instalment, we will provide your child with a free sports uniform. In addition, nursery students will receive their books upon paying the first instalment, while primary students will receive a list of required books at the time of registration. We also provide complete uniforms for both nursery and primary students upon registration.
We want your child to feel comfortable and confident at school, which is why we provide two uniforms for daily wear and official ceremonies. We understand that every child is unique and has their own style, which is why we offer a variety of sizes to ensure that every child gets the perfect fit.

Sports Department
Our sports department is dedicated to helping children develop their physical and mental well-being through sports. We offer a variety of sports, including football, basketball, athletics, and more. Our experienced coaches help children develop their skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship, and we encourage all children to participate and enjoy the benefits of physical activity
Environmental Department
At Emira Anglo-Saxon Nursery and Primary School, we believe in teaching children the importance of environmental conservation and sustainability. Our environmental department is focused on educating children on how to care for the environment through tree planting, recycling, and waste management. We encourage children to take responsibility for the environment and become agents of change in their communities
Sanitation Department
Our sanitation department is dedicated to ensuring a clean and healthy environment for all our pupils. We maintain high standards of hygiene in all our classrooms, toilets, and common areas. Our team of dedicated cleaners ensures that the school premises are always clean, and we educate our pupils on the importance of personal hygiene and sanitation
Health Department
The health and well-being of our pupils is our top priority, and our health department plays a crucial role in ensuring this. We have a qualified school nurse who provides medical care, first aid, and health education to our pupils. We also organize health clinics and medical check-ups to ensure that our pupils are healthy and well.
Journalism Department
Our journalism department provides an opportunity for children to develop their writing and communication skills. We encourage children to express themselves through writing, reporting, and broadcasting. Our team of experienced journalists provides guidance and support to help children develop their talents and gain confidence in their abilities
Social Department
Our social department provides a platform for children to explore their creative talents and interests. We offer a range of activities, including creative arts, craftwork, beadwork, sewing, singing, and dancing. Our experienced instructors provide guidance and support to help children develop their skills and express themselves creatively. We believe that every child has a talent, and we provide a nurturing environment for them to discover and develop their passions
